Founded in 1899, VF Corporation is one of the world’s largest group of apparel, footwear and accessory companies and is headquartered in North Carolina, USA. They have a diverse portfolio of brands including Vans, The North Face®, Timberland and Wrangler and have socially and environmentally-responsible operations worldwide.
VF Corporation had recently completed in-person Brand Academy training for their top 100 marketers on a global scale. They needed to reinforce their marketer’s knowledge based on what they had learnt in the classroom environment, and to accelerate the development of a common ‘demand creation’ culture across the company.
Wranx was able to deliver drills and revision modules of bite-sized learning based on the in-person training employees had received. They were able to convert the content from the face-to-face training to make it bespoke, including chapters on brand strategy and testing.
Employees enjoyed their experience with Wranx and found that the bite-sized learning effectively helped reinforce the knowledge they had learnt beforehand. The accessible nature of the platform meant it was easy to refresh knowledge and it could be completed at the employee’s own convenience, at any time and on any device. As a result, Wranx are Preferred Suppliers having now recently signed a VF Corporation agreement. They provide training to all of their brands including Vans, The North Face®, Timberland, Kipling, Eagle Creek and Smart Wool throughout Europe, USA and Canada.
