TNT is a global logistics company, competing with the likes of UPS and DHL. It offers door-to-door shipping to almost 200 countries and employing upwards of 80,000 people.
What was needed?
TNT had recently implemented new procedures for supervisors and needed everyone at that level to be brought fully up-to-speed and to understand the issues. Training needed to be delivered without taking learners into classrooms and away from their roles for long periods. It also needed to be delivered to learners in a number of different countries.
What was delivered?
TNT’s training course was translated into Mandarin, Thai, Bhajan, Vietnamese, Japanese and Korean, before being converted into multi-question drills on the Wranx platform, with a refresher course for taking at a later date also created. The training content was then made available to all managers in their native language.
What were the results?
TNT reported that 80% of its employee users found Wranx very or extremely easy to use. What’s more, 71% of users found the training beneficial and 8 out of 10 said they would recommend Wranx to a friend or colleague.
