SET UP

Content Conversion Timeline

Stage 1 - Project Brief

At the project start, we’ll determine aims, objectives, and target audience, and set time frames for content delivery, drafts, approval, and launch. We’ll also discuss your training materials and any supporting media for the platform.

Stage 2 - Content Delivery

By this date, which will have been agreed at Stage 1, you will have been able to send your training materials and any supporting media resources to the Content Team.

Stage 3 - First Review

We’ll submit an internally proofread first draft for your approval and arrange a date for your feedback and amendments.

Stage 4 - Edits

We’ll process your feedback and amendments.

If anything is outstanding, the spreadsheet will go back and forth between you and the Content Team until everything is resolved.

Stage 5 - Content Approval

After client approval and receipt of all media with utilization confirmation, the module undergoes quality control and is uploaded onto the platform by our Tech Team.

Stage 6 - Sign Off and Launch

After upload, the Content Team previews the module and you have a final opportunity to provide feedback before giving approval. Any last changes from the preview will be made before the scheduled launch date.
