What support will I get?

Plus we have a super knowledge base which contains all the information you could ever need.
What will I need to provide for set up?
Training materials, in any format.
Our content team will then rewrite that content into an engaging quiz-style module. All learning content will be sent to you to approve before going live.
If you would rather be more hands-on with the creation of new training content you are more than welcome to write up new content with the help of our in-house team.
How long does it take to get set up?
At Wranx, we want to ensure you don’t need to do too much to get set up. So our friendly expert in-house content team will take your current training materials and build new and engaging learning modules on your behalf. Providing you have the materials ready to share, we can have your platform ready to roll out to your learners in just two weeks.
What do our learners need to do to set up and access the platform?
We import your learners into the platform using their email addresses, so they’ll automatically be invited to access their account and start learning!
If you don't have the email addresses of all your learners, don't worry. You can share a link to your training modules with your staff so they can sign up themselves.
How long do the training modules take to complete?
Learners will do 2 minutes of training per day. We recommend keeping training modules to around 30 days maximum.
How do you keep learners engaged?
Learners are sent notifications to remind them to log into the app and complete their daily drills.
Once inside the app, we have leaderboards, learning streaks and rewards to keep your learners feeling competitive and engaged.
What are your subscription options?
Normally we offer 1-3 year contracts. The longer contract you go for, the bigger discount we can offer on your subscription and the more ROI you will see.
