As sponsors of Learning Technologies 2019, we will also be delivering a seminar on both days of the event. Our Sales Director, Tony Martin, will be hosting the seminar, titled Assessments and measurability: how to know if training is still working.

The talk will focus on better approaches to assessing learning and tracking knowledge retention, as traditional approaches don’t give a true indication of how confident employees are with new knowledge and how well it is retained. Tony will also cover how real-time analytics can be leveraged to give powerful insights into employee learning, as well as explaining how competence can be tracked continuously to identify when learners need knowledge reinforcement.
