We are, once again, returning to Europe’s largest technology and learning exhibition and conference: Learning Technologies! As sponsors of Learning Technologies 2019, we will also be delivering a seminar on both days of the event. Our Sales Director, Tony Martin, will be hosting the seminar, titled Assessments and measurability: how to know if training is still working.
The talk will focus on better approaches to assessing learning and tracking knowledge retention, as traditional approaches don’t give a true indication of how confident employees are with new knowledge and how well it is retained. Tony will also cover how real-time analytics can be leveraged to give powerful insights into employee learning, as well as explaining how competence can be tracked continuously to identify when learners need knowledge reinforcement.
You can catch the seminar on either day of the event – come to Theatre 7 at 12:30pm on February 13 or at 10:15am on February 14.
