By leveraging Wranx’s capabilities, Coachworks aimed to tailor learning pathways, identify knowledge gaps, and provide accessible training across devices. This blended approach integrated on-site coaching, workshops, and knowledge reinforcement through the Wranx app, aligning with Coachworks’ learning and development KPIs.

The Wranx Content team collaborated with Coachworks to adapt the Drive 5 training material into a bite-sized format suitable for the platform. Original questions were refined to maximize the benefits of Spaced Repetition, ensuring effective learning outcomes for Sales and Aftersales teams. Additionally, Coachworks implemented Certainty Based Marking (CBM) to assess learners’ confidence in their answers, distinguishing between ‘Misinformed’ and ‘Aligned’ learners.
